Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to drive performance and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Sales & Marketing department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Copper industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
