Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Research & Development based in Mumbai. The Senior Manager will oversee R&D operations, lead innovation initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of development projects. Responsibilities include conducting research to develop new products and solutions, managing and leading cross-functional teams, vendor development, ensuring timely project execution, and implementing best practices in R&D processes. Collaboration with clients, adherence to industry standards, and contributing to the company's strategic growth objectives are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting technical research for innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Project Management and experience in executing projects on time and within budget
• Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide cross-functional teams effectively
• Ability to foster innovation and implement best practices to meet organizational goals
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Prior experience in a construction or engineering-focused product development role is preferred
