Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent will be responsible for interpreting briefs and developing reports that align with specified requirements. This includes comparing and reconciling data, analyzing trends, and ensuring accuracy to enable informed decision-making across internal and external forums. The role involves business showcasing with performance updates and identifying areas of lag.
Key responsibilities include end-to-end management of Renewal Income and Persistency processes, along with exposure to trend forecasting, projections, automation, and digitization initiatives. A strong understanding of Renewals and Persistency is essential. Proficiency in Power BI is required, with SQL knowledge preferred. Prior experience in corporate strategy roles will be an added advantage.
Key Actionable
. Will be responsible for creation Renewal & Persistency forecasting, Projection of every month
. Work closely on reports automation and digitization agenda
. Responsible for business showcasing and capable of creating high-impact presentations for
senior management
. Develop high-quality, visually engaging presentations for leadership reviews, board meetings, and
strategic forums.
. Translate business performance data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy of content.
. Use advanced tools (PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel) to create dashboards and visualizations that
simplify complex information.
. Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all presentations.

Key competencies/skills required
Graduate from a recognized university (Grade B or above) with a strong academic foundation in
business, finance, or analytics.
Must have 9-10 years of experience in BFSI sector.
Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and craft compelling narratives.
Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI; familiarity with Excel and SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Exposure to senior management interactions and strategic projects
