Minimum Qualification:

• B.Tech in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Power Systems + MBA.

Must Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years total experience
• At least 7+ years in the Renewable Energy sector
• Prior experience in management consulting is must
• Prior experience in Green Hydrogen/ Battery Energy Storage/ Bioenergy or Alternate fuels is must
• Familiarity with international development agency formats (ADB, World Bank, etc.) is must.

Advantage:

• Assessment on RE integration with grid/ feasibility for floating solar/ battery energy storage/ sizing for energy storage
• Past experience in business/ commercial/ financial aspects in one or more of - solar parks/ pumped hydro storage/ floating solar/ battery or pumped hydro energy storage/ e-mobility/ green Hydrogen/ bioenergy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Consulting business development in all forms and configurations of renewable energy/ pumped hydro storage/ floating solar/ battery or pumped hydro energy storage/ e-mobility/ green Hydrogen/ bioenergy; Lead pursuits with international development agency formats (ADB, World Bank, giz, KfW, etc.)
• Lead feasibility studies, bid advisory, and tariff modeling for solar PV or RE + BESS projects/ alternative fuel projects
• Advise clients on policy frameworks, regulatory matters, and private sector participation in energy storage for utility-scale and decentralized BESS deployments/ alternative fuel or bioenergy.

Skills Required:

• Prepare investment-grade feasibility reports and business plans
• Strong analytical and functional skills in power systems and financial modeling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing capabilities
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver under tight deadlines
