Role Overview:
Were looking for a Senior Manager - Quick Commerce to build, own, and scale Fridos QC business from the ground up.
You will be responsible for strategy, revenue, platform relationships, execution, and team building across all quick commerce platforms. This is a builder role for someone who has previously scaled D2C brands on hyperlocal ecosystems and understands how to win in <30-minute commerce.
You will directly influence Fridos category leadership in urgent-need use cases like pain relief, posture support, and daily mobility essentials.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Channel Ownership
- Own Fridos end-to-end Quick Commerce P&L (revenue, margins, contribution).
- Build Fridos QC roadmap: city expansion, assortment strategy, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
- Identify high-intent use cases and design platform-specific growth plays.
- Turn QC into Fridos fastest-growing revenue engine.
Platform Partnerships
- Build senior relationships with QC platforms.
- Lead negotiations on commercials, featured placements, campaigns, and launches.
- Ensure Frido consistently receives top visibility and discoverability.
- Track performance daily and drive rapid optimizations.
D2C Brand Execution
- Translate Fridos D2C brand philosophy into quick commerce environments.
- Ensure best-in-class product content, education, and storytelling.
- Lead high-impact product launches on QC platforms.
- Maintain Fridos premium-yet-accessible positioning across all listings.
Supply Chain & Availability
- Partner with ops to maintain optimal fill rates and dark-store coverage.
- Forecast demand, plan inventory, and prevent stockouts.
- Balance growth with working capital efficiency.
Team Building
- Build and lead Fridos Quick Commerce growth team.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and operating cadence.
- Act as Fridos internal QC champion across marketing, product, and operations.
What Were Looking For:
- 6-7 years of experience in D2C / Quick Commerce / Marketplace growth roles.
- Hands-on experience scaling QC or hyperlocal verticals at consumer brands or startups.
- Strong grasp of D2C unit economics, contribution margins, CAC/LTV, and promotion mechanics.
- Proven ability to build platform relationships and unlock growth levers.
- Data-driven, execution-first mindset with comfort in ambiguity.
- Experience in health, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle categories is a strong plus.
