CRM Manager/Sr. Executive

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Manager/Sr. Executive to join our team at Vilas Javdekar Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing satisfaction, and driving retention strategies within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.

Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate recording of all customer interactions.

Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Prepare reports on CRM metrics and present insights to management.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CRM management, preferably within the real estate sector.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
