Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management Leadership
Objective: Shape product/portfolio strategy, lead transformational initiatives, and represent best-in-class product leadership.
Product Strategy & Ownership
• Own, define and execute key product/portfolio strategies that align with organizational goals and customer/business outcomes.
• Own and drive portfolio roadmap or lead key initiatives
Transformation Leadership
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including Agile ways of working and PLC adoption.
• Represent the organization at industry PM forums, bringing insights to inform internal practices.
2. Product Excellence
Objective: Build scalable systems, establish best practices, and elevate operational maturity across Product Management.
• Drive alignment between people development programs, business priorities, and product strategies.
• Implement systems to track learning impact, measure capability maturity, and ensure succession readiness.
• Lead internal mobility and role rotation programs aligned with business and developmental objectives.
Product Lifecycle (PLC) Transformation
• Lead initiatives to standardize PM practices and eliminate inconsistencies across Business Domains.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans that drive cross-team engagement and accountability.
• Own communication strategies that reinforce transformation adoption and monitor impact metrics.
3. People Management
Objective: Cultivate talent, foster high-performing teams, and create a thriving product culture.
Talent Development & Coaching
• Lead the design and rollout of career path frameworks and competency models for Product Managers.
• Drive talent development strategies to identify, grow, and retain high-potential individuals.
• Coach and mentor PMs to strengthen leadership skills, strategic thinking, and role effectiveness.
• Own the execution of learning and development programs tailored to team and individual growth.
Performance & Culture Enablement
• Define and drive performance goals and MBOs across product teams.
• Influence and embed a strong culture that supports cross-regional collaboration and accountability.
• Build and scale a high-performing, resilient Product Management team.
Onboarding & Role Clarity
• Lead the creation and continuous improvement of onboarding playbooks, templates, and learning paths.
• Define and enforce role expectations, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes for PMs across all levels.
Team Engagement & Communication
• Drive team-wide engagement by facilitating ceremonies, collaboration forums, and feedback rituals.
• Promote modern product practices and cultivate continuous momentum within the team.
• Analyze engagement data and lead initiatives that elevate culture, feedback, and psychological safety.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
• Champion DEI strategies that ensure inclusive hiring, equitable growth opportunities, and diverse decision-making
What you will bring:
- 12+ years of experience in People Management, Product Operations, and good exposure to cross functional product organizations.
- Proven experience in leading change management, leadership (People & Vision) and good at communication.
- Proven ability to work with senior product leaders to shape and execute org development strategies.
- Strong understanding of product management roles, challenges, and success factors.
- Experience building and scaling talent programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Data-driven mindset with strong facilitation, coaching
- Excellent stakeholder management skills needed
- Strong interest in modern product management methodologies, data-driven decision-making, UX, and Agile practices.
Required skills and qualifications:
- The product manager should have experience in
- Strategic thinking & end-to-end product management practices
- Digital technologies and products
- Leading customer interactions and management
- Leading teams towards a goal
- Airline / Travel industry
- SAFe way of working (Good to have)
- Experience in Software Development Lifecyle and Agile Methodology
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in engineering (in software branches e.g. Computer Science, Information Science etc.)
- Preferably master’s degree in business (e.g., MBA)
- 12+ years of overall experience and a minimum 9+ years of end-to-end Software Product Management experience
- Relevant certificates/courses in Product Management, Product Marketing etc.
