Senior Manager - Product Development

    Overseeing end-to-end Product Management & Process design     covering the complete lifecycle from conceptualization to     performance evaluation.   

    Leading Digital transformation & Automation initiatives to     enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency    

    Understanding of the Regulatory Framework & Guidelines and also     adhere to the guidelines.   

    Collaborating with the cross-functional team for various client     requirements & project go live. 

    Pitching relevant Insurance solutions for the clients based on their     requirements and business understanding.  

    Active involvement in proposition discussion with HDFC Bank team.     Proposing them the required insurance solutions for their respective     products & journeys.  

    Actively collaborating with the marketing team for Creative     requirements for the go-live offerings.   

    Managing strategic Bancassurance partnership with HDFC Bank while     driving cross-sell retention & portfolio growth initiatives.   

    Closely work with Product Team to curate relevant offerings for the     proposition and place the requirement for the revisions required in     the product based on the market requirement.
