Senior Manager - Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer

Role Overview

As Senior Manager High-Speed PCB Design & Simulation, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for designing, simulating, and validating high-performance PCBs for high-speed data transmission applications. You will define technical strategy, establish best practices, and ensure first-time-right manufacturability while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor high-speed PCB design and simulation teams
• Define design and simulation strategy for SI, PI, EMC, RFI, and thermal performance
• Oversee multiple complex R&D programs across AI and Datacenter applications
• Drive design reviews, simulation validation, and performance optimization
• Ensure DFM compliance and high-yield production readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams
• Implement continuous improvement and next-gen simulation methodologies

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 20+ years of experience in high-speed PCB design and simulation
• 810 years of engineering leadership experience
• Deep expertise in SI/PI, EMI/EMC, SERDES, PCIe, DDR, Ethernet standards
• Strong exposure to tools such as Allegro, Altium, Ansys HFSS/SIwave, ADS, Sigrity, HyperLynx, CST
• Strong understanding of IPC, JEDEC, DFM, and high-speed manufacturing processes
• Proven experience delivering complex high-speed hardware platforms in AI, Datacenter, or Networking environments
