Primary Role

Pre-Sales & Solution Architect – Gen AI & Digital Solutions

Location: Pune

Reports To: Head Pre-sales and Client Solutioning

We are seeking a senior Pre-Sales & Solution Architect professional with a strong technology foundation, proven experience in solutioning complex digital engagements, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI platforms and tools. This is a client-facing, high-impact role that will shape the way we pitch, design, and deliver cutting-edge solutions across industries.

You will work closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to craft solutions that are not just commercially sound but also technically robust and future-ready.

KeyResponsibilities:

Solutioning & Architecture

Lead the creation of end-to-end technical solutions for client opportunities, especially in areas involving Gen AI, APIs, data platforms, cloud-native architectures, and digital workflows.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture, high-level designs, and integration strategies.
Present solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and tech recommendations during client meetings.

Pre-Sales Engagement

Collaborate with the Sales team on client discovery, qualification, and solution presentations.
Take full ownership of pre-sales deliverables: proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and approach notes.
Lead PoCs and solution demos when needed, especially involving AI/ML/Gen AI toolchains.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales and early engagement stages.
Articulate the value of Gen AI and emerging technologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of client solutions with capability.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have	Details
Technical Background	8+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or digital consulting roles.
Pre-Sales Experience	3+ Years of Pre-sales role
Gen AI Exposure	Experience designing or integrating Gen AI solutions (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, hallucination handling, and business use cases.
Architecture Skills	Strong grasp of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, APIs, and data engineering.
Client-Facing	Ability to lead presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and technical discussions with C-level stakeholders.
Documentation & Storytelling	Strong skills in creating compelling, technically sound proposal documents and solution narratives.
