Senior Manager

Role overview:

The role is integral to shaping the HCV category’s product-market fit (PMF) for Outstation Market on both partner and customer ecosystem. . If you are passionate about problem-solving, thrive in ambiguous environments, and are eager to make an impact through fast experimentation, this role is for you. In the next 2-3 years years , this HCV outstation would be ~40-50% of overall HCV Business ( presently 6-7%)

Key responsibilities:

• Own the P&L end to end , build team and processes to deliver HCV outstation Mandates

• Solving for HCV Outstation PMF

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify the core needs of the category

• Collaborate with Operations , Marketing , Product and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable and user-friendly

• Figuring out the right Pricing and supply onboarding for the vertical 

• Owing the operational metrics for this Business

• Understanding & figuring out the right partner ecosystem

• Study behavioural patterns of partners and customers to improve engagement

• Implement feedback loops to adapt strategies based on real-time data

• Product Marketing
  - Ideate, launch, and manage product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure impact

• Fast experimentation
  - Drive rapid experimentation with structural, operational, and marketing initiatives
  - Measure outcomes and iterate quickly based on data-driven insights
