This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Manager - Performance Marketing. The role involves leading and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive business growth and customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and fine-tuning strategies to meet performance goals. The Senior Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee training programs, and develop performance improvement initiatives. • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting campaign metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Experience in Performance Management and Training to optimize team output and individual growth
• Proficiency in Budgeting for campaign planning and resource allocation
• Proven ability to implement innovative marketing strategies and adaptability to emerging trends
• Prior experience in the F&B or related industries is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
