Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and create performance reports supporting marketing analytics initiatives.
  • Apply Python (where applicable) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with external ecommerce partners and platforms to stay updated on market trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Leverage experience with ecommerce marketplace advertising setups to enhance campaign effectiveness and scale performance.
  • Communicate data-driven insights clearly through strong written and verbal communication, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bridge the gap between technology and business data to identify opportunities and drive actionable marketing strategies.
  • Apply Pharma and Consumer Goods domain knowledge to identify growth opportunities and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.


Qualifications



  • Education: Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, or any quantitative discipline; MBA preferred. Engineering graduates may also apply.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics / performance analytics.


Required Skills



  • Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)
  • Python (good to have)


Preferred Skills



  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies
  • Hands-on exposure to PPC campaign management
