Role profile:

This role will lead the management of People Risk globally across LSEG's People Function, with responsibility for identifying, assessing, and mitigating people-related risks across our organization. This is an opportunity for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of risk management, a desire to build risk culture the ability to lead and influence at all levels.

ROLE SUMMARY:

- Maintain and iterate our comprehensive people risk management framework, in partnership with the Second Line Risk function, in alignment with our strategic objectives.

- Identify, assess and mitigate, including managing controls for people related risks across our global organisation.

- Work in partnership with the People Leadership Team to drive positive risk culture.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Develop and implement our comprehensive people risk management framework in alignment with out strategic objectives.

Identify, assess, and build controls for people-related risks across the organization, including risks related to talent acquisition, retention, development, and compliance.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs to educate colleagues about people risk management, proactively building our risk culture.

- Monitor and report on key risk indicators and trends to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure that people risk management practices are integrated into the company’s overall risk management strategy.
- Provides thought leadership through the analysis of external and internal data, helping to steer management decisions as it aligns to People priorities and catalyse change
- Supports continuous transformations and embeds continuous improvement

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong proficiency in risk management, ideally with experience of a leadership role within a team operating globally.
• A collaborative approach to delivering shared success, both when working within our own team and with our wider partners.
• Ideally educated to degree standard or hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business management, people management, operations, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be customer focussed and dedicated to delivering great experiences.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
