Role Objective
As a cornerstone of our Performance Marketing division, you will lead the strategic vision
and execution of paid media for a diverse portfolio of global clients. You aren't just a
platform operator; you are a growth consultant who understands how to navigate the digital
landscapes of India, the Middle East, Europe, and the US to deliver measurable business
impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Media Strategy & Portfolio Management
Regional Nuance: Design and oversee performance campaigns that respect local
market behaviors.
Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage the entire media mix, including Search (SEM),
Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), Programmatic (DV360), and Retail Media (Amazon
Ads).
Budget Stewardship: Strategically allocate and shift multi-regional budgets based on
real-time performance to maximize overall agency-client ROI.
2. Advanced Media Buying & Execution
Sophisticated Bidding: Implement advanced scripts and automated bidding strategies
to maintain efficiency in high-CPC markets.
Technical Excellence: Lead the setup of robust tracking frameworks (Server-side
tagging, GA4, offline conversions to ensure data integrity in a cookieless future
(GDPR/CCPA compliance).
Negotiation: Collaborate with media partners and publishers for direct buys and
private marketplace (PMP) deals.
3. The "Adsyndicate" Collaboration Edge
Creative Synergy: Work alongside our creative team to advocate for "Performance
Creative"data-backed visual assets that stop the scroll and drive action.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for
clients, translating complex media metrics into clear business growth stories.
Candidate Profile: Expertise & Requirements
Global Footprint: 68 years of experience in performance marketing, with
documented success in managing campaigns across the US, Europe, Middle East, and
India.
Certifications: Google Ads Search/Display/Video, Meta Blueprint Certified, and
LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals.
Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau or Looker Studio)
and a deep understanding of attribution modeling (MTA vs. Last-Click).
