Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and scale domestic banking sales operations within a BPO setup. The role involves managing large outbound sales teams, driving customer acquisition for banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales teams in a BPO environment focused on domestic banking products (savings, loans, credit cards, etc.).
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue and acquisition targets.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive productivity.
- Collaborate with banking clients, operations, and training teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Handle escalations and ensure superior customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Any degree
- 812 years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 6 years in banking sales leadership.
- Proven track record in domestic market sales and team management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in BFSI sales campaigns within BPO setups.
- Proficiency in CRM and outbound dialer platforms.
- Ability to drive high-volume sales campaigns and motivate large teams
