Senior Manager - Operations & Services Group

Key Roles &Responsibilities 

• System and Product Knowledge of Retail Health, Motor& Banking 

• Self-initiator who can close on things independently 

• Able to deep dive on the requirement/ Bugs to identify the exact requirement and accordingly take up for development in system 

• Ensuring the IT deliveries are done within timeline & working as per expectations 

• Testing is thoroughly done to ensure all known scenario is tested 

• Driving of Projects end to end which includes coordinating with Sales/IT/UW/Finance 

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates 

• Graduate/Post Graduate 

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills 

• Good verbal and written Skills  

• General Insurance Knowledge 

• Knowledge of MS office –Excel, Word, Visio, PPT
