• Monitoring of end-to-end Policy issuance of all Health/Travel/ OEM and Miscellaneous products • Managing team of 15-20 members with the achievement of Productivity target and error ratio. • Coordination with internal and external stake holders to run the processes with perfection. • Discrepancy Management for all Health/Travel/ OEM and Miscellaneous products as per the defined guidelines and TAT’s • Fortnightly QC to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance. • Reconciliation of Open PID and Credit • Drive Productivity optimization and effective people management within the team. • Adherence of Audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards. • Co-ordination with all stakeholders and inter department collaboration for faster resolutions and TAT’s. • Lead automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
