Job Description
1. Monitoring of end-to-end Policy issuance of all Health/Travel/ OEM and Miscellaneous products
2. Managing team of 15-20 members with the achievement of Productivity target and error ratio.
3. Coordination with internal and external stake holders to run the processes with perfection.
4. Discrepancy Management for all Health/Travel/ OEM and Miscellaneous products as per the defined guidelines and TAT’s
5. Fortnightly QC to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
6. Reconciliation of Open PID and Credit
7. Drive Productivity optimization and effective people management within the team.
8. Adherence of Audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
9. Co-ordination with all stakeholders and inter department collaboration for faster resolutions and TAT’s.
10. Lead automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
