Senior Manager OKR Management and Organizational Design

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented candidate for the role of Senior Manager, OKR Management and Organizational Design, with a leading e-commerce company based in Bangalore.

As a Senior Manager, the core responsibilities will involve:

- Designing, implementing, and monitoring a robust OKR framework to ensure clear, measurable objectives and organizational alignment across all teams.

- Fostering a results-driven culture, enhancing accountability, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve strategic priorities.

- Contributing to organizational structure by supporting key organizational design initiatives to enable leadership continuity and optimal team effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical, strategic, and people skills, and possess the following profile:

- Strong understanding of OKR and organizational effectiveness methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly across CXO and business leadership levels.

-Atleast 8 - 12 years of experience

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and similar tools.
