About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and end-to-end supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, hands-on planning experience, and the ability to drive transformational initiatives for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on supply chain strategy, planning excellence, and process optimization.
• Manage end-to-end Demand Planning, including forecasting, statistical modelling, and collaborative planning with stakeholders.
• Oversee Supply Planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, capacity utilization, and on-time fulfillment.
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop actionable recommendations to improve S&OP, inventory management, and planning accuracy.
• Implement supply chain best practices, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and design tailored supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, operations, finance) to ensure seamless planning execution.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and planning tool implementations (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan).
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and insights to senior leadership.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain Consulting and Planning (Demand & Supply).
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, forecasting techniques, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proven ability to manage client engagements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in top consulting firms or supply chain transformation projects.
