Senior Manager - Master Planning

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the master planning process for new real estate projects from conception to execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive master plans that align with business objectives.
• Utilize market research and industry trends to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of master plans.
• Provide strategic guidance on land use, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations to drive sustainable development.
• Oversee the design and implementation of master plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals, and updates to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in master planning to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.

Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Architecture/ Urban Planning or related fields.

Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
