Job Title: Senior Manager Marketing (Referral and Loyalty)

Location: West Office ( Baner)

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Referral and Loyalty Marketing professional to join our dynamic marketing team. As an employee in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in customer retention strategies, referral programs, and loyalty initiatives. You will assist in developing and implementing programs that encourage customer engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of referral and loyalty marketing programs.
• Assist in analyzing customer behavior to identify opportunities for referral incentives and loyalty rewards.
• Help create engaging content and materials for promotional campaigns targeting existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote referral and loyalty initiatives through various channels (social media, email, website, etc.).
• Assist in tracking and reporting the performance of referral and loyalty programs, making recommendations for improvements.
• Help manage relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals.
• Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities related to referral and loyalty marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to enhance customer experiences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas aimed at increasing customer retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in customer engagement, loyalty marketing, and referral strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts, including social media and email marketing, is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
