SENIOR MANAGER MARKETING (BRAND)

This individual will be key in elevating customer engagement and loyalty in both Residential and Commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Branding & Advertising Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition. Design and oversee creative advertising campaigns using multiple platforms to connect with target audiences. 2. Campaign Ideation & Execution Ideate and plan engaging marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Oversee the execution of campaigns from concept to delivery, analyzing effectiveness and making necessary adjustments. 3. Loyalty & Reference Marketing Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty and establishing reference marketing programs. Utilize customer databases to generate leads and enhance engagement through targeted marketing efforts. 4. Content Creation Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, and other marketing collateral to effectively communicate our brand message. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in branding and campaign management. * Strong communication and creative skills with a proven ability in content creation. * Proficiency in data analysis for customer engagement improvements.
