SENIOR MANAGER MARKETING (VJ PARIVAAR)

Position Title: Senior Manager - VJ Parivaar

Reports to: General Manager, Marketing (VJ Parivaar)

Role Description: Join us in our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences during the handover of possession for flats at Vilas Javdekar Developers. We seek a Senior Manager to lead our GRUH PRAVESH initiatives, ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning & Execution: Strategically plan the handover process of flats to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for customers.
2. Customer Experience & Assistance: Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient service and innovative solutions, creating lasting memories during their transition.
3. Team Leadership : Lead a team focused on elevating customer experiences and satisfaction, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering and customer relation teams to ensure seamless communication and customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  
• 4 to 8 years of experience in customer service or project management within real estate.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a creative and innovative approach.
