Job Description:

The Sr. Manager/Manager is an important role that requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational, demographical & training knowledge. This position offers an opportunity to conduct the training session at school & also counsel the admission aspirants & helps them in decision making for admission.

About the role: The Sr. Manager/Manager is responsible for conducting training sessions at schools & colleges, managing the admission process for prospective students & walk-ins at office. This includes developing strategies to attract and enroll the aspirants, guide the student to enroll for GLAET, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Need to conduct the training sessions at schools, colleges & coaching centers.
2. Need to manage the office expenses.
3. Need to listen the walk-in queries & resolve them on priority.
4. Need to looks after the daily routine work at office.
5. Needs to visit the schools of location allotted & meet the Principals whenever required and maintain the relationship with school to organize events.
6. Develop and implement comprehensive admission strategies to meet the targets.
7. Analyze market trends and demographic data to identify target markets and develop outreach plans such as open house, motivational sessions etc.
