Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive liasoning strategies to secure necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for real estate projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all interactions with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines at the local, state, and national levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, project management, and engineering to address regulatory issues and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, reports, and applications to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging trends that may impact real estate projects and provide proactive advice to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Represent the organization in meetings, public hearings, and other forums to advocate for project approvals and address any objections or concerns.
- Lead a team of liasoning professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure departmental goals are met effectively.
- Drive a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical conduct within the liasoning function and across the organization.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- MBA Preferred.
- 15 to 17 years of experience in Real Estate Industry in NCR in similar role.
