Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Manager Lender Partnerships to lead lender acquisition, onboarding, and strategic relationship management across NBFCs, Banks, and Financial Institutions.

This role will own partnership structuring (Co-lending, FLDG, structured programs), portfolio performance alignment, and capital expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lender Acquisition & Structuring
• Identify and onboard NBFCs, Banks & Financial Institutions
• Lead end-to-end due diligence, documentation & compliance
• Structure co-lending, FLDG, term loan & supply chain programs
• Negotiate commercials, SLAs & risk-sharing frameworks
• Relationship & Portfolio Management
• Own senior-level lender relationships
• Align underwriting & credit policies
• Monitor disbursement volumes, yields, delinquency & TAT
• Drive portfolio performance improvements
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Credit, Risk, Operations & Treasury
• Support new product launches requiring lender alignment
• Improve go-live timelines and approval ratios

Candidate Requirements

1. 310 years of experience in NBFC / Fintech
2. Proven experience in lender onboarding & partnership management
3. Strong knowledge of:

• Co-lending models
• FLDG structures
• Structured lending
• Supply chain finance
• MSME lending ecosystem

4.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

5.Data-driven with exposure to portfolio performance metrics
