Senior Manager Legal M&A

Tech Mahindra has an opening as part of Corporate Legal team

Location : Noida or Pune

• Sound knowledge of M&A transactions
• Review the deal structure and advise from legal perspective
• Review DD documents and transactional documents
• Perform legal research
• Supervise closings and draft a variety of legal documents
• Coordinating with external counsels
• Negotiate and close deal documentation.
• Advises senior management about legal and contractual risks .

• Profile : LL.B. or LL.M.
• 14 to 16 years experience in M&A practice out of which preferably 5+ year experience in a law firm
• Ability to handle end to end M&A transaction documentation in-house
• Good communication skills
• Good team player

Additionally, the job also requires handling of cross-border IT services transactions, review of legal documentation and providing legal advisory to the internal customers.
