Senior Manager Leasing

Role Description

The Senior Manager Leasing will oversee and drive leasing strategies for retail and commercial spaces within Phoenixs properties. This full-time on-site role, based in Mumbai, involves identifying potential tenants, managing tenant negotiations, executing lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with lessees to ensure long-term partnerships. Additional responsibilities include overseeing market research to identify leasing trends, collaborating with multiple teams to optimize tenant mix, and achieving revenue goals while ensuring effective space management. The Senior Manager will also regularly analyze financial and operational metrics to report on leasing performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in lease negotiations, tenant acquisition, and contract drafting.
• Skills in market research, competitive analysis, and understanding of retail trends.
• Expertise in client relationship management and tenant retention strategies.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and operations.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with leasing management software and MS Office applications.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in real estate, retail leasing, or a similar domain will be highly advantageous.
