Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and highpotential professional to join our team in a role that beautifully blends Learning & Development, Talent Management, and exposure to Organization Development.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of capability building, talent processes, behavioral development, and future-focused org practices, this could be a great opportunity for you.


What Were Looking For:

  • 35 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Exposure to Talent Management processes (HiPo identification, talent reviews, career frameworks, succession inputs)
  • Some understanding or experience in Organization Development (OD) initiatives
  • Strong program management & stakeholder engagement skills
  • High learning agility and the ability to work on cross-functional projects
  • Passion for building people and enabling growth


What Youll Get to Work On:

  • Support behavioral and capability-building journeys
  • Contribute to talent review cycles, assessments, and development plans
  • Partner on OD projects such as competency frameworks, culture initiatives, and leadership development
  • Work closely with business and HR teams to create meaningful people-impact
