Job Description

Role Overview

The Business Development professional is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, pitching solutions, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.

    • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads for conversion.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.

  • Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Pitch products/services to potential clients.

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

    • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Market Research & Strategy

    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence.

  • Collaboration & Coordination

    • Work with marketing teams for campaigns and lead nurturing.

    • Coordinate with product and operations teams to deliver client solutions.

  • Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

    • Maintain CRM databases with accurate client and sales data.
