Job Description

Analyze business processes, data & user requirements to

 Evaluate implication of suggested changes

 Identify impact areas of existing processes

 Uncover areas for improvement,

 Ensure requirements are complete

 Visualize to-be process

 Obtain end-user confirmation

 Document in detail - problem statement, as-is process, business requirements and improved to-be process

Work with business users across spectrum and levels like Sales, UW, Operations, Claims, RI & others

 Understand & explain General Insurance concepts and BRD to internal and external IT POCs

 Gain expertise in General Insurance product concepts and processes

 Project implementation, Timeline Adherence, System configuration, Review and Testing

 Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the organization
