Senior Manager Investor Relations

We are looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director - Investor Relations who will be responsible for investor relations activities and communicating the Company's financial performance and strategy including to enhance the Companys relationships with the investors and analysts at large.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and execute investor relations plans aligned with the Company's overall objectives and financial performance goals
• Build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, press releases, and other communications materials to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, legal, Secretarial teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of material information to investors and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, equity research analyst positions, stock price movements, ownership and investor feedback to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for optimizing investor relations strategies.
• Take additional responsibility in Corp FP&A and M&A Due-Dilligence.
• Support the executive team in developing and refining the company's messaging, positioning, and value proposition for investors and the broader market.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory developments, and emerging trends in investor relations to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the company's investor relations program.

Minimum education and experience required

• 5 - 10 years of experience in investor relations
• Prior Investor Relations experience in a listed company
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• CA or MBA (Finance) qualification preferred
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, with the ability to simplify complex financial narratives
