Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected B2B Sales Manager who will drive

institutional and intermediary partnerships for our PMS, AIF, and quantitative investment

strategies. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of exceeding AUM/revenue

targets, a strong network across IFAs, RIAs, family offices, and wealth managers, and

The ability to represent Wright Research with confidence, credibility, and vision.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, enjoys building

long-term relationships, and understands the nuances of consultative, solution-based

sales in capital markets .


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Growth

  • Drive AUM growth through strategic partnerships with distributors, RIAs, IFAs,

MFDs, family offices, and wealth management firms.

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture scalable B2B relationships to expand distribution reach

across India.

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and pitching to deal closure

and ongoing engagement.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing, research, and

product initiatives.


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to channel partners and institutional clients.
  • Conduct product presentations, investment discussions, and performance

reviews to strengthen relationships and improve retention.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and market trends to position Wright

Researchs products effectively.


Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Contribute to the overallsales and distribution strategy, pricing, and positioning.
  • Track pipeline, sales metrics, and performance data to drive business decisions.
  • Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine the go-to-market strategy.


Compliance & Brand Representation

  • Ensure all sales and client interactions are fully compliant with SEBI and regulatory requirements

standards.

  • Represent Wright Research at industry forums, conferences, and partner events,

showcasing our thought leadership and quantitative investing edge.


What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B financial product sales (PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, or

Investment Advisory).

  • Proven success in driving AUM/revenue growth through institutional and distributor

networks.

  • Strong existing network within the IFA, RIA, and wealth management ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to

engage senior stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and investment

products.

  • Educational background: MBA (Finance/Marketing), CFA, CA, CFP, or equivalent

certifications preferred.
