Job Title: Automation Lead for BigFix Infrastructure Automation, ITPAM, (Customer oriented)Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of BigFix infrastructure automation solutions, ITPAM, and customer-facing responsibilities. As an Automation Lead, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions that meet their requirements, and manage the overall delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of BigFix infrastructure automation solutions, ITPAM, and customer-facing responsibilities. Work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions that meet their requirements, and manage the overall delivery of projects. Develop and implement automation scripts using BigFix and ITPAM to automate infrastructure tasks. Design, create, and maintain BigFix fixlets, tasks, and baselines. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where automation can be implemented to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure quality deliverables are produced. Lead the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including design documents, installation instructions, and configuration guides. Troubleshoot technical issues related to BigFix infrastructure automation and ITPAM. Participate in customer meetings to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining BigFix infrastructure automation solutions. Experience in developing and implementing ITPAM solutions. Strong knowledge of BigFix architecture, relevance language, and fixlet/baseline creation. Experience in developing and implementing automation scripts using BigFix and ITPAM to automate infrastructure tasks. Excellent customer-facing skills, with experience in managing customer relationships and expectations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Perl is a plus.
