Job description:

Solution Architect JD Design and present Enterprise Tools and Automation Solutions using Secured By Default as a guiding principle and leads its implementation. Lead customer discussions and workshops to understand and translate requirements into solutions with detailed technical documentation. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and ensure that technical components of engagement get delivered as per business needs and expectations. As an architect, continuously review and improve services delivered to existing customers. Perform regular audits, create improvement plans, and provides consultation to the delivery teams in the domain of platform monitoring, application monitoring, event management, and service delivery automation. Contribute to improving and enhancing Architecture Continuum with process flows, workflows, and design diagrams on BEST PRACTICES in Infrastructure Management and Automation Domain. Develop new services & platform functionality and orchestration workflows using automation tools in IT systems and platforms (vSphere, AWS, Azure, GCP etc), and maintain existing orchestration flows. Manage escalations and provide support. Skills Education Requirement: BE / ME in Computer Science Must have experience in the domain of enterprise monitoring, event management, ITIL, and runbook automation. Must have knowledge of monitoring and event management tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, CA UIM, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, SPLUNK, Moogsoft, BMC TSOM, IBM NOI, etc. Must have knowledge of Cloud Computing Platforms (AWS\\Azure\\GCP) Must have designed solutions for monitoring, management, and runbook automation for On-Prem Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, and Hybrid Infrastructure. Must have an interest in exploring and learning new technologies and skills in Infrastructure Management and Automation domain. Knowledge or experience in following technology\\tools will be a plus. Basic administration of systems, databases, and networks. Any Automation solutions like IBM End Point Manager, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. Any ITSM\\Discovery\\CMDB Any scripting\\development language like PERL, JAVA, Python etc. Employs positive thinking and is able to work constructively in team development. Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile Scrum Development Environment "
