Senior Manager - Human Resources

Key Roles &Responsibilities 

• Curation of high-impact learning content across digital, instructor-led, and microlearning formats 

• Managing Reskilling/ Upskilling roadmaps for Technical Functions 

• Managing end-to-end design needs for sales capability 

• Designing academy-based certifications for employees and channel partners 

• Identify and onboard external vendors for specialized programs. 

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates 

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Education, or related field 

• Master’s degree / MBA (HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development) – preferred. 

• Certification or specialization in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, or Learning Strategy – desirable. 

• Learning Experience Design (LXD) or Design Thinking certification 

• Certification in Digital Learning Platforms / LMS Management 

• Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification 

• Project Management certification (PMP / Agile Basics / equivalent – preferred) 

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills 

Experience 

• 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Learning Design 

• Proven experience in designing end-to-end learning journeys for corporate employees and channel partners. 

• Experience in building reskilling and upskilling roadmaps aligned with business outcomes. 

• Strong exposure to digital learning formats, microlearning, and blended learning interventions 

• Experience collaborating with Sales Capability or Business teams for performance-driven learning solutions. 

Skills 

• Learning, Reskilling and Skilling Roadmap & Design 

• Instructional Design & Content Architecture 

• Certification Program Design, Digital Learning & Microlearning Design, Visual storytelling and impactful presentation design 

• Storyboarding and learning journey creation 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
