Managing stakeholders and business requirements for respecƟve SBUs (Sales & Non-Sales)  Designing and curaƟng unique learning intervenƟons to draŌ learning roadmaps and cater to unique requirements of front line sales team  Conceptualize Content development for product & processes, soŌ skills and other required behavioral training  CreaƟon and maintenance of Learning SOPs  PiloƟng/CuraƟng new learning IntervenƟons or program deliveries based on evolving needs  Capability development of the process/SBU trainer’s/Channel partners  Align Learning IntervenƟons to Performance & Business Goals  Measure learning effecƟveness & workplace performance diagnosis (learning gaps)
