Job Description
Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for:

Collaboratively Design, develop and deliver HR Services strategies for global clientele

Co-create outstanding solutions by sharing outside in view across industries. Partner and provide efficient solutions/approach to clients for their short term and long term business goals

Anticipates growing customer needs and expectations to continuously improve product development and service delivery

Build a strong understanding of the business and employee development needs across bands by leveraging Design Thinking principles

Collaborate with the Business, Verticals and other functions to validate content accessibility, relevance and applicability

Collaborate with content providers, IT and team members to prepare relevant content
-
Assess and evaluate the uptake of content and its value generation across the various work streams
Qualifications we seek in you

Graduate (any stream)

Relevant experience in solution architect/consulting role
