The Senior Manager, HR Shared Services

Location -Bengaluru (Hybrid)


Leads the HR Shared Services function, ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective, and high-quality HR services across the organization. This role is critical in optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within People & Culture


Essential duties/responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for HR shared services that align with overall business objectives.
  • Lead a highly talented team to provide operational support for all People & Culture functions including onboarding, total rewards, and people operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for HR Shared Services improvements and support organizational initiatives.
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the HR Shared Services team, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate HR Services to all employees.
  • Problem-solve challenges to maximize the effectiveness of activities and services.
  • Leads special projects to continually improve service levels to the business.
  • Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of shared services.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Masters degree preferred.
  • HR certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience required.
  • Proficiency in HR technology systems.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing HR shared services functions.
