Job Summary: As a Recruitment Specialist at Vilas Javdekar Developers, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for corporate roles across various departments. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality in recruitment while also managing the volume of hiring to meet our organizational growth and workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract both quantity and quality candidates for corporate roles, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
  2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  3. Screening & Selection: Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
  5. Employer Branding: Promote Vilas Javdekar Developers as an employer of choice by showcasing our company culture, values, and career opportunities through various platforms and recruitment events.
  6. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering constructive feedback.
  7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate data, recruitment metrics, and pipeline status to analyze recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling corporate roles with a focus on both quality and quantity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
