Job Description

· Responsible for planning, developing and managing the online sales strategy

Responsibility to drive Digital Sales, Digital business initiatives, Platform-Process Development &

Innovation of the In house Business.

· Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

· Develop and implement tele sales strategies that align with the company's goals.

· Responsible for supervising resource & incentive planning. Performance monitoring & reporting

of the overall call-center input metric efficiency along with tele sales SM along with task list

creation for improvement.

· Daily sales trackers & lead the weekly review with other stakeholders.

· Collaborate across Operations, Underwriting, Medical Process, Tel-Medical Process, Technology

functions, Digital Marketing team to create business growth strategies and a seamless

experience for Customers.

· Identify strategies to impact conversion & grow case size.

· Drive profitable product mix through product briefing, training & incentive structure to generate

business margins.

· Comfortable with data analytics & has ability to create actionable insights powering business

outcomes for continuous process improvement.

· Ensure adherence to the DM guidelines and compliance at call center process compliance.
