Job Description
· Achieving targeted GWP, Product-Mix and Channel Mix at branch level
· Focus, strategize and implement distribution plan to increase market share through Dealerships and Active channels
through Agency
· Managing and recruitment of supervisors and Sales managers
· High engagement with Brokers and Individual Agents to ensure necessary penetration and profitability
· Engage with both Pan India and Regional Broker CXO, to improve visibility and increase wallet share
· Monitor, Review & Intervene to achieve targets of Loss Ratio and COA
· Increase Retention %age through close monitoring, specific activities and necessary liaising with partners- both at
Auto channels and Agency
· Provide periodic feedback in structured format on Pricing, Market and Product
· Identify, relay, co-ordinate issues with cross functions to ensure seamless business journey
· Periodic Reviews and feedback to teams for necessary alignment
