Job description:

SCCM Job Description Maintaining SCCM: Ensuring the health and viability of SCCM and the underlying systems. This includes keeping an eye on the systems, performing updates, and using patches and new builds to keep security and usability at their best. Creating and managing reports: Creating and administering advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM. Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues. Managing software delivery: Administering SCCM software delivery, including running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, and Application Library. Configuring SCCM settings: Configuring SCCM settings. Creating deployment packages: Creating deployment packages. Ensuring system compliance: Ensuring system compliance. Managing group policy: Managing the desktop related group policy environment. Reviewing and updating configuration management processes: Analyzing faults and problems arising from configurations and proposing appropriate remediation.

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
