Senior Manager - Graphic Designer

• Own end-to-end visual design across digital and offline assets
• Design for social media, performance ads, CRM, website, marketplaces & brand campaigns
• Translate briefs into strong concepts, layouts, and executions
• Maintain and evolve Foxtales visual identity & brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, video editors & performance teams
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction where needed
• Ensure consistency, quality, and speed across all deliverables

• 46+ years of experience in graphic design (D2C, beauty, agency or consumer brand preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives & campaign work
• Excellent command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Good understanding of digital-first design (Instagram, Meta ads, e-commerce creatives)
• Strong sense of typography, colour, layout & composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High ownership, strong attention to detail, and creative confidence
