Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, globally minded, and data-driven Senior Manager Global Employee

Experience to design and lead the employee experience strategy across India, the Philippines, and

the United States

engagement, retention, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

This leader will own the companys employee listening strategy, including Employee Net Promoter

Score (eNPS), engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and Great Place to Work programs, and partner

closely with leadership to build a high-performing, inclusive, and people-centric culture.

This is a highly visible role requiring the ability to influence leadership, scale global programs, and

build a modern employee experience framework that supports ITBDs continued growth.


Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Employee Experience COE:

Establish and lead the Employee Experience Center of Excellence (COE) at IT By Design.

Develop and execute a global employee experience strategy aligned with business goals

and organizational priorities.

Partner with senior leadership to strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational

effectiveness.

Lead employee experience initiatives across India, the Philippines, and the United States.

Employee Lifecycle Experience Design:

Design and continuously improve the end-to-end employee journey, including onboarding,

development, recognition, mobility, and exit experiences.


Employee Listening, Insights & Analytics:

Own and evolve the companys employee listening strategy, including engagement

surveys, pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, and feedback platforms.

Lead the organizations participation and improvement strategy for Great Place to Work

certification.

Drive the companys Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) framework and engagement

measurement model.


Continuous Listening & Employee Insights:

Build and implement a continuous employee listening ecosystem, including pulse surveys,

focus groups, feedback forums, and listening sessions.

Ensure employee feedback is translated into visible actions and improvements across the

organization.


Engagement Programs & Global Initiatives:

Design and scale enterprise-level engagement initiatives and culture programs.

Develop recognition and rewards frameworks aligned with company values and performance


Key Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

Deep expertise in employee listening strategies and people analytics (eNPS, engagement

surveys, culture diagnostics).

Ability to translate employee insights into actionable business strategies.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills for leadership audiences.

High emotional intelligence and empathy.
