What Youll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all internal/external SLAs and regulatory deadlines are met
• Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables
• Identify emerging risks and manage departmental risk registers
• Oversee operational controls and internal control testing
• Act as a key escalation point for non-compliance and risk issues
• Support audits, compliance visits, and regulatory reviews
• Build strong partnerships with global stakeholders
• Champion process improvements and operating model enhancements
• Create and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics

People Leadership

• Mentor Team Leaders and colleagues
• Drive performance management, appraisals and incentive cycles
• Manage capacity, FTE utilisation, leaves and shrinkage
• Partner with HR on hiring, budgeting and workforce planning
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive and engaging work culture
• Promote talent retention, reward & recognition and team engagement

Who You Are

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in NAV calculation, fund accounting and oversight
• Deep understanding of Fund Operations, governance and regulations
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change and influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, risk-focused, and flexible to work rotational shifts
