Job Description
Position Summary: The incumbent will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive key strategic and cross functional initiatives. The role focuses on translating strategy into structured & predictable execution, managing cross-functional projects, solving complex business problems, and ensuring alignment across teams to accelerate decision-making and organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Founder to support strategic planning, priority setting, and execution of key business initiatives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across product, engineering, operations, finance, and other teams.
- Break down complex business problems into structured analyses and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making backed by data.
- Prepare clear and concise keynotes, memos, and updates for internal/external discussions and decision forums.
- Drive execution of strategic projects with high ownership, ensuring follow-through and closure on critical initiatives.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable processes to improve execution across the organization.
- Use modern tools and AI platforms to improve productivity and accelerate project outcomes.
- Monitor external trends including market shifts, and industry developments to inform strategic discussions.
Requirements :
- 510 years of experience working in consulting, strategy, venture capital or investment banking, with a proven track record of driving high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between speed, cost, and long-term sustainability.
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems using data and analytical frameworks. Strong analytical skills and expertise working with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or business intelligence dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail.
- AI-First thinking with adoption of right AI tools to solve problems and increase efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong entrepreneurial judgment.
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives or navigating high-pressure situations is a plus.
