Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Office Leader will be responsible for overseeing the businesss daily operations and strategic direction, Operations, Program Management and Governance. This is a hands-on role and involves a combination of leadership, operations management, and client interaction to ensure the firm meets its objectives. This includes aligning partner activities with the firms strategic goals, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high partner satisfaction levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Establishing and operationalizing organizations, overseeing strategic initiatives like compliance, infrastructure,operations, and transformation projects at office level. With a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building scalable, efficient organizational structures.

2. Orchestrating large-scale projects and fostering enduring client partnerships, demonstrating excellence in Operations and client relationship management across diverse industries.

3. Proven expertise in Company formation ,Project Management and Operations with a client-focused approach, leveraging experience in Project Management, Delivery, and Program Execution


4. Demonstrated leadership in multiple business domains, specializing in driving process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency


5. Proficient in Process Mapping: Utilizing industry-standard tools to create detailed and accurate process maps, with a focus on analyzing and optimizing workflows for increased efficiency.



6. Instrumental in managing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity programs


7. Leadership and Team Development: As leaders, managing partners are responsible for fostering a positive work environment and developing the firms talent. This includes mentoring, professional development, and performance management to build a skilled and motivated team.


8. Introduced performance metrics to gauge employee productivity and optimize resource allocation throughout project transitions, always seeking to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes


9. Ensures compliance with industry standards and internal policies inline with ISO certification.


10. Business reporting using analytics to all the stakeholders.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

As someone who is naturally self-motivated, ambitious and hard-working, with a strong team ethic and ability to multi-task, the right person would likely also have significant experience leading Operations, Program Management and Governance.
